REFUND POLICY

Every item in our shop is made with care, and most are custom or made on demand. Because of that, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds in most cases. That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

 

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items, made-to-order pieces, or digital downloads. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

 

 

Important Note About 3D Prints

Remember, all 3D prints are created using a 3D printer — not poured into molds. This means layer lines and minor imperfections will be present. We take pride in quality but want you to know what to expect when ordering a printed item. Each item is inspected prior to shipment.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and a short message explaining what went wrong, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

 

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started production. Digital Files including 3MF and STL formats can not be cancelled after purchase. No refunds will be available.
