Processing Time
Most items are made on demand. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail, and we want to make sure it’s done right.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Delays
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays. If your package appears lost or is delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos in order to file a claim. We’ll work with you to make things right.
